These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site and the luxury car rental services offered by Aurea Drive Genève. By making an enquiry or a booking, the client declares that they have read and accepted them.
1. Subject
Aurea Drive provides luxury cars for hire, with or without a chauffeur, together with related experience services. Every booking is deemed finalised only upon written confirmation from us.
2. Booking
Enquiries may be submitted via the site, by telephone or WhatsApp. Vehicle availability is confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Any specific requirements (delivery location, configuration, itineraries) are agreed at the time of booking.
3. Driver requirements
The driver must be at least 25 years old, hold a licence valid for at least three years and present an identity document and a credit card in their own name. Dedicated requirements may apply to the most exclusive models.
4. Rates, deposit and payments
Rates are stated at the time of confirmation and include what is specified in the offer. A deposit is required by pre-authorisation on a credit card, released when the vehicle is returned in good order.
5. Insurance and liability
Every rental includes insurance cover and roadside assistance. The client is responsible for fines, penalties and uncovered damage attributable to improper use of the vehicle.
6. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle must be used with care, in compliance with road traffic rules and the limits set out in the contract. Use in competitions, subletting and driving by unauthorised persons are prohibited.
7. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment conditions are communicated at the time of confirmation. Please report any change promptly so that we can reorganise the service.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
